Warranty & Returns

If your garden bed arrives damaged, please document and report it within 24 hours of receiving your order.
We’ll refund your purchase (excluding shipping fees), or if you prefer a replacement, we’ll arrange for a new bed to be shipped once the damaged one is returned.

For change-of-mind returns — including colour or size preferences — return shipping is arranged at the buyer’s expense. Once the item is received in its original condition, any remaining balance will be issued as a store credit or gift card.
