If you do not agree to all the terms, you may not access the website or use any services. Products & Availability All products are subject to availability. If a product you order is out of stock or needs to be made to order, we will notify you and provide an estimated dispatch timeframe. We reserve the right to limit quantities of any products or services offered and to discontinue any product at any time. Pricing & Payments All prices listed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice. Payment must be made in full before orders are processed. Shipping & Delivery Orders are shipped via freight once confirmed. Our garden beds are oversized and fully assembled, so delivery is arranged using utes or flatbed trailers to ensure they arrive safely. We currently ship throughout Victoria only. Shipping fees are calculated based on location zones and will be displayed at checkout. Returns & Refunds If your garden bed arrives damaged, please document and report it within 24 hours of receiving your order. We’ll refund your purchase (excluding shipping fees), or if you prefer, we’ll arrange for a replacement once the damaged item is returned. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is arranged at the buyer’s expense. Once the item is received in its original condition, any remaining balance will be issued as store credit or a gift card. Warranties All GreenThumb Garden Products are made in Australia using high-quality steel. While we take every measure to ensure durability, steel garden beds are subject to natural wear and environmental exposure over time. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not cover damage from misuse, neglect, or incorrect installation. Accuracy of Information We do our best to ensure that product descriptions, pricing, and availability are accurate. However, occasional errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted.
