Shipping is organised via freight once your order is confirmed. If your garden bed isn’t currently in stock, it will be made to order within a fast turnaround and shipped directly to you.
Because our garden beds are oversized and fully assembled, they can’t be sent through standard couriers. Instead, deliveries are carefully arranged using utes or flatbed trailers to ensure your order arrives safely and undamaged.
Our shipping operates on a zonal system, and we currently deliver throughout Victoria only.
If your garden bed arrives damaged, please document and report it within 24 hours of receiving your order. We’ll refund your purchase (excluding shipping fees), or if you prefer a replacement, we’ll arrange for a new bed to be shipped once the damaged one is returned.
For change-of-mind returns — including colour or size preferences — return shipping is arranged at the buyer’s expense. Once the item is received in its original condition, any remaining balance will be issued as a store credit or gift card.
